Luxury Corporate Gifts for Burgh Property

Burgh Property is a letting agent and property management company based in Edinburgh who are passionate about their clients and the customer service that they provide for them. Every Christmas, the company sends out luxury corporate gifts such as chocolates to their loyal clients to show their appreciation for their repeat custom and to spread some Christmas cheer.

After a tough two years due to the pandemic, Burgh Property wanted to gift their clients something extra special for Christmas 2021. “Instead of our usual box of chocolates we send out to our most loyal clients, we decided this year to do something a little different. We wanted to support a small British business,” states Andrew Markham from Burgh Property.

THE PROBLEM

The company wasn’t sure what to gift that was distinctive enough, that would show its clients its unyielding gratitude and also support a UK business in the process. The team didn’t have the time to source individual gifts for each client and needed a service that could manage sourcing exceptionally-made gifts, gift wrap them beautifully and send them out directly to their clients.

THE SOLUTION

AUTHOR was able to provide this exact service stress-free with our collection of luxury corporate gifts all handcrafted in the UK by skilled artisans and craftspeople. Considering Burgh Property is a company that focuses on property, a gift that was centred around the home was ideal to convey to its clients that they were valued as much as their properties.

Burgh was asked to give a budget and a brief description of each client, their hobbies, and tastes so AUTHOR could create personalised gift boxes for them. Each gift box featured several exquisite British-made homeware and gift pieces individually chosen for each client, from slate serving boards made by a husband-and-wife team in Ayrshire to handcrafted bone china espresso cups made in Berkshire by ceramic artist Emma Alington.

Each box had piece stories explaining the provenance of these luxury gifts: who made them, how they were made and where so they could truly be appreciated. All of the gifts chosen were made in the UK ethically and sustainably, most in small, limited edition runs and nothing mass-produced. Luxury Christmas-inspired chocolates made ethically in Edinburgh were also added for a finishing touch. An individual note was included for each client to let them know who the gift box was from and to wish them a wonderful Christmas. The gifts were wrapped in our beautiful 100% recycled and recyclable luxury gift wrapping and then, once approved by Burgh, safely packaged up to be sent out to each client throughout the UK.

THE RESULT

The clients were thrilled with the time and thought that had gone into their luxury gifts boxes and appreciated the high-quality of the gifts. These sustainable corporate gifts are designed to be enjoyed every day in the home and last long after the chocolates have been eaten. This represented the long lasting and loyal bond that Burgh has with these clients, upholding its strong stance on customer service with thoughtful gifts and supporting British makers along the way.
